With a unique blend of science, expertise and technology, our group training programs are to guarantee results. The workouts are designed by veteran coaches that specialize in metabolic conditioning. This allows the workouts to utilize different energy systems to maximize results. We provide each camper with a heart rate monitor, allowing the working heart rate to be always displayed on a monitor, providing an instant feedback on heartrate and the level of intensity each camper is working at. Backed by scientific research, each workout provides a specific work-to-rest ratio and a target heartrate zone.

FAT SHREDDER

Fat Shredder classes contains intervals where it requires you to increase the intensity (heart rate) to a very high level. By increasing the heart rate, it develops the heart muscle itself, increasing its strength, effectiveness and health. But for most, it will help increase the overall metabolism of the body throughout the day (if performed in the morning). It may not burn more calories during the training session compared to steady state cardio but the calorie burning continues throughout the day.

This bootcamp incorporates working all major movements to help get the most bang for your buck while keeping it fun and interesting. This bootcamp helps to strength the body as well as help the ladies tone the body.

Muscle & Tone is designed for those looking to develop a bit more strength development but don’t want the commitment of hiring a personal training. This bootcamp incorporates working all major movements to help get the most bang for your buck while keeping it fun and interesting. This bootcamp helps to strength the body as well as help the ladies tone the body.

The Time

Bootcamps are 50 mins in length and are held throughout the day. Each class includes 8 working stations - 18 sets of fitness exercises and 6 sets of boxing combinations.

The Workouts

Our programs are full-body workouts that are composed of Strength, HIIT and cardio trainings. We combine circuit training, functional training and interval training. Every exercise can be progressed or regressed to help you work at your current capacity.

A little competition won’t hurt nobody. At the end of the bootcamp, the camper with the most time spent in the selected zone will receive a little bonus.

Our bootcamp programs are designed by veteran coaches and backed by science. Steady state cardio exercise is just one of many ways to burn calories, stay fit and reach your fitness goal. At ReformFit, we utilize science to create targeted energy system demands to help not only burn calories during the bootcamps, but to ultimately increase the metabolism for up to 24 hours after your workout. HEART RATE ZONE

Our technology tracks each camper’s heart rate and is shown as a colour and a percentage of your estimated heart rate max. This will help guide you throughout the workout to maintain a specific heart rate zone to ensure you are reaping the full benefit of your hard work.
