Aside from providing our clients lifestyle transformation training and hosting engaging workshops, we provide competition prep training to members who want to challenge themselves and bring the best of your physique on stage. At ReformFIT our athletes TeamRFS has grown from once three CPA, IDFA top five competitors to now a large team, we know what it feels like when you are shy of the stage yet look forward to proving yourself. TeamRFS as achieved notable awards as recognition for their hard work and consistency. We provide an array of macro-nutrition guidance, goal setting, and advanced training for those who are up for the challenge.

Put it simply, nutrition is the process of taking in food and using it for growth, metabolism, and repair. Regardless if your fitness goals are to lose weight, lose fat, grow muscle, develop physique, recovery from injuries or just general fitness, nutrition needs to play the most important part in the equation. Chances are you already heard this from others, losing fat is 70% diet, 30% exercise. That’s the cold hard truth. If you want the body of your dreams, you first must eat like the one with that body. Carbohydrate

- Excess carbohydrate will be stored in the form of glycogen or converted into fatty acids.
- Fiber helps promote good digestive health and may lower your risk of heart disease and diabetes.
Fat
- Essential fatty acids are fats our body needs but cannot produce themselves.
- Support cell growth.
- Fats are an efficient way of storing energy.
- Act as insulation during colder weather.
- Provides an extra layer of protection around the vital organs.
- Used to produce hormones.
- Helps absorb some nutrients.
Protein
- Proteins are the building blocks on muscle.
- Aids in repairing of cells and make new ones.
- Optimum protein will speed up recovery.
